1. Eligibility and Accounts

To access certain features, you must log in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your profile.

2. User Content (Book Photos)

You retain all ownership rights to the photos of books you upload to Fika Murder Club. However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on our platform so other members can see it.

Prohibited Content: You may not upload photos that are illegal, offensive, or infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.
• Attempt to “hack” or interfere with the website's functionality.
• Harass other members of the club.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fika Murder Club is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of bugs. Use of the site is at your own risk.
